For girls entering grades 1-4.

in Brooklyn Heights and the Upper West Side
Camp has been a quintessential part of Girl Scouting since the organization was founded over 100 years ago. We know that spending time in nature not only benefits girls, but the environment as well. Getting outdoors and learning about the environment builds a strong connection to nature, which makes girls more likely to become advocates for the environment in the future.
This program serves New Yorkers by offering high-quality programing with a competitive price tag. Working with several organizations including the Wildlife Conservation Society, StoryCorps, Rocking the Boat, Take me to The Water and many others, girls have the opportunity to explore the City and discover more about the natural world through experiential learning.
Throughout the summer, campers enjoy the health benefits of getting active outdoors. They learn to give back to their communities through weekly service projects. And, girls feel a strong sense of accomplishment when, at the end of each week, they’ve earned a Girl Scout badge.
Our parents have seen so many impactful changes in their daughters after attending our camp. When they spend their summer trying new things and learning, girls can’t help but be better prepared for the school year ahead!
